Dispatched to Rixeyville Road and Jeffersonton Rd. for a fluid spill and arrived to find three car collision with no injury. The blue car reportedly just rolled out into traffic with one person in the drivers seat and a passenger in the back seat. Rescue Engine 9 and Ambulance 9-1 responded to the incident.
